Office Move

We have been moving the whole office around and it's been no small feat considering we have 50+ staff in our office. All I can say is that for me it was easy, I have no paperwork (well at least as I can possibly have because I am a hippy like that - paperless office in the digital world is possible you Muppets!) so my move was like this:
plug in four-way adapter
plug in mouse
plug in keyboard
plug in monitor
plug in headphones
plug in CAT-5 patch cable
press on button
Job done.
Life shouldn't be anymore complex than that. Woo.

Im all about being paper free. We spend so much on printing at work. We use mainly HP printers, the last order placed was just over £2K thats a lot of Toner!
The other thing that gets me is email attachements. If you are going to email 200 people a document, wouldnt it be a good idea to put it on a server and tell them where it is? Rather than send 200 attachements.
Ok, now i need a cup of tea!
